* For each additional participant (maximum two) of the same organization or client invitees special discounts will be available:
Bookings from 1 April 2009 will pay      € 375
Bookings from 1 August 2009 will pay  € 490

All prices are exclusive VAT.

The fee includes:

• Access to all sessions of the Licensee Meeting
• Conference pack with sample materials, CD-Rom with Power Point presentations,
• Refreshments and lunches
• A dinner offered by THE SCHUTZ COMPANY on Thursday, October 8 at 21:00
• Access to reduced rate accommodation at the Hotel BARCELONA CENTER

Licensees who are presenting or facilitating a session on Friday, October 9 or Saturday, October 10, will benefit from a discount of € 75 off the 'EARLY BIRD' fee. Please inform us by means of the Speaker Registration procedure below.

Cancellation: You can cancel free of costs till 60 days before the conference.
When you cancel your registration till 30 days before the conference, then we will pay you back 50% of the paid fee. For cancellations with less than 30 days before the conference no refund will be made.
