Reiner Czichos on
“Intention / Behavior / and Impact Coaching ”

Reiner Czichos Ph.D.,   LIFO® analyst and master trainer, holds degrees in sociology and economy.  In addition he is an NLP practitioner. He is also a founding and board member of “Q-Pool 100” which is a community of the top 100 trainers and Consultants in Germany.  He started his career working for the Digital Equipment Corporation as a Management Trainer in Munich and was later based in Geneva where he was the European Organization and People Development Manager. Since 1986 he has worked as an independent Consultant, Facilitator and Coach in over 40 change projects.
He is the author of 7 books (6 in German and 1 in English) and over 50 articles covering the areas of change management, Leadership and Sales-related matters.

Most recently he co-authored with Allan Katcher the book "LEARNING DYNAMICS" in which the two authors emphasize interpersonal conditions that influence people to pay favorable attention to each other, be empathetic and encouraging, and leverage the unique strenths and talents of every learner.
