David began his professional activity about 15 years ago in the field of Human Resources. After completing his law degree he decided to specialise further and completed a Masters in HR Management at the C.E.F. in his home town, Madrid. His professional life has been spent working in Barcelona, in such diverse sectors as: services, pharmaceuticals, luxury hotels and more recently in an important architects' practice. His varied experience in both multinationals, national and local companies has prepared him to adapt to the clients' requirements, specifically focussing on selection, skills training, team development and leadership styles as well as in general on the corporate human capital in times of organisational change.
He is accredited as an Executive Coach through the Escuela Europea de Coaching, Barcelona, and is a member of AEDIPE (Asociación de profesionales de RR.HH. de Cataluña). In addition to Spanish (mother tongue) he is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Catalan.
